There is no better time than right now to reflect upon the danger of having conspiracy theorists working in high places in the United States government.

Measles has latched upon the Texas landscape, no doubt, the result of gullible, unwise parents who did not bother to get their children vaccinated become some idiot on the radio or television convinced them not to bother because it was all some evil conspiracy by the federales to get your children indoctrinated into a particular manner of thinking.
That anyone, anywhere, in the United States of America should die of a measles infection in the year 2025 is a tragedy. The fact that the incidence of infection is increasing at all, is almost criminal.
It certainly does not help that RFK, Jr., one of America’s most notorious conspiracy theorist nutballs, is the head of HHS, and is going around saying stupider and stupider things about fluoride in the water and is launching research into the real cause of autism, which is according to conspiracy theorists such as him, is caused, in part, by vaccines.
Whew, boy.
Covid 19 killed millions across the globe and it is remarkable that, although this menace unleashed itself upon the world in 2019, it is already an afterthought for most people a mere six or so, years later.
Those unfortunate souls who lost their lives due to the Covid 19 global pandemic, aren’t rising up out of their graves like zombies. They’re dead and are going to stay that way.
What the deceased are is a reminder that tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Remain vigilant, watch your health, listen to the experts when crises happen upon us, and what ever you do in life, never listen to conspiracy theorist nutjubs, no matter the title attached to their name.
